盛尊来,男,1979年生,中共党员,基础兽医系动物药理与毒理学教研室,教授、博士生导师。2003年毕业于黑龙江中医药大学药学院,获理学学生学位。2006年毕业于黑龙江中医药大学药学院,获医学硕士学位。2012年毕业于东北农业大学动物医学学院,获农学博士学位。2018年评为教授,博士生导师。主要研究方向为中兽药药效物质基础、质量控制及作用机制的研究。主持了国家自然科学基金3项、其他地市科研项目4项。发表SCI检索论文25篇,获黑龙江省科技进步发明奖二等奖1项(第三名)。
