仇天新，女，1995年7月生，东北农业大学动物医学学院副教授，硕士生导师。2017年获东北农业大学农学学士学位；2023年获南京农业大学中兽医与中西兽医结合博士学位。2023年9月-2025年9月于广州中医药大学第三临床医学院博士后工作站从事中药新药研发（博士后）；2025年10月至今于东北农业大学动物医学学院中兽医教研室工作（副教授，硕士生导师）。
主要研究方向为新型中兽医诊疗与中兽药研发应用。主持国家自然科学基金1项，发表科技论文20余篇，其中SCI收录18篇。获得2024年度国家资助博士后研究人员计划C档资助。
